CATERING POLICIES

Bon Appetit has First Right of Refusal at CCU. Please contact bacatering@ccu.edu for all catering events.

Catering Service Hours: 6:00a- 7:00pm- Monday- Friday.   Any deliveries outside service hours will have an additional fee of $75.00.

Minimum delivery fee of $75.00

Unless otherwise specified, disposable bioware is included in our catered event price. Formal service ware (china, silverware and glassware) is available for an additional cost of $3.50 per person.

Delivery is complimentary for all onsite orders of $75.00 or more. Food orders not meeting this amount, clients may request onsite delivery for a $15.00 service fee, or in some instance, pick up catered goods at our kitchen for no additional charge.

Off-site deliveries will be assed a delivery fee based on distance and order size. $1.50 per mile added on to locations outside of Lakewood Colorado.

Third Party catered events are subject to a 18% service fee.

To ensure availability of service and menu items, please place your orders at least 72 hours I advance. For last-minute catering requests please contact the catering department and will do our best to accommodate you. A last-minute order fee of $50.00 will be added to all orders placed within 48 hours of the event.
